Summer Slaughter Leftovers Tour Announced

Slaughter Survivors Tour

You might recall a few months back Summer Slaughter was having a poll to determine who the opening band would be on the tour. Within the Ruins won that spot, and many wondered what would happen to the other nominated bands. Well, a bunch of them are picking up and doing their own tour, called the Summer Slaughter Leftovers Slaughter Surviors tour and will feature Conducting from the Grave, The Contortionist, Scale The Summit, Rings of Saturn, Volumes and Structures. KATAKLYSM Announce Early 2011 Tour with ALL SHALL PERISH, DECREPIT BIRTH, CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE, ABYSMAL DAWN

Are you ready to get brootal? Kataklysm are, as they are embarking on a huge world tour to Spread the Venom. Frontman Maurizio Iacono has hinted that this may be the band's last tour for quite a while saying "One thing we know, is that this will be the only time you will be able to see the band on this record or for a long time. So don’t say ‘I’ll catch them the next time’ because there might not be a next time. We are thinking of taking along break after this massive trek and who knows what will happen next. " Very cryptic! There is quite a stellar undercard of bands for this tour, so you won't be bored waiting because Maurizio and crew are taking out ALL SHALL PERISH, DECREPIT BIRTH, CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE, and ABYSMAL DAWN. Pretty sick lineup. Here is the tour itinerary, followed by Kataklysm's other dates scheduled across the globe: (more…)

ARSIS announce headlining tour with POWERGLOVE, CONDUCTING FROM THE GRAVE

We are very excited to be one of the presenting sponsors on this winter's Arsis headlining tour with Powerglove and Conducting The Grave. Arsis is a band that we have always creamed our pants over and we've written in the past about how fun Powerglove is live. We have yet to see Conducting the Grave live, but they seem like they could be a fun live act. It's a bummer this tour doesn't have a New York City date announced, otherwise I'd be there in a heart beat. Here are the dates that have been announced: (more…)

SUICIDE SILENCE Announce Fall Headlining Tour w/MYCHILDREN MYBRIDE, DANZA, more

Suicide Silence have been on the road pretty non-stop since releasing No Time To Bleed last year, and they have one more big tour lined up before they call it a day on this touring cycle. The band just announced a North American headlining tour, their first since 2008, and they have a healthy lineup of like-minded bands on the road with them: MyChildren MyBride, The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, Molotov Solution and Conducting From The Grave. That's a pretty healthy lineup of angry bands, allowing any mosher in the vicinity of these shows to let out quite a bit of frustration. If this looks like the tour for you, here are the dates, with more TBA: (more…)

DYING FETUS, ARSIS, MISERY INDEX team up for FACEMELTER Tour

Facemelter Tour 2010

Talk about a stacked lineup! Save your money, kiddies, this is a tour not to miss. Dying Fetus will be taking out Arsis, Misery Index and Conducting the Grave for a killer bill hitting a town near you. While I have never seen Conducting the Grave live, all the other bands kill live. Dying Fetus is of course a band we here at the Metal Injection studios hold very closely to our heart, as Praise the Lord was the intro music for our early shows and a sample of which is still used in our "Exclusive" segments. Misery Index, a band which features 2/4ths of the original DF lineup, is another band that we have seen countless times and that no matter the venue, always absolutely crush live. I can't wait to hear some of the new material live. They may be one of the most underrated bands in metal right now. Arsis of course always brings the shred, as James Malone is a sight to be seen, especially if he's wielding around that pink guitar. Here is the full itinerary: (more…)
