Conspiracy: Was CRAZY TOWN's Shifty Shellshock In An Early 90s Video Game Commercial?

Crazy Town burst onto the rock scene in 1999 with their smash hit "Butterfly," but it seems like that wasn't frontman Shifty Shellshock's first foray into show business.

ThePRP has revealed a new conspiracy (and we use the term very loosely) as some of their commenters note that Shifty bares a striking resemblance to  one of the kids in the below commercial for the 1991 Nintendo game, Battle Toads, an all-time classic. Take a look at the video:

It sure does look a lot like Shifty. ThePRP notes that Shifty, real name Seth Binzer, was born in 1974 and with the game coming out in 1991, he would have been around 16 or 17 when this video was shot, which seems about right. Shellshock has never commented publicly on this and currently has no social media profiles that I'm aware of.

What do you think? Is it Shifty?

Crazy Town announced a reunion in 2014, but it was short-lived. After releasing a single, the band once again broke up.
