These are not quotes from an 80's review of Slayer's Reign in Blood. No, these are pull quotes from a video review in 2015 of Slayer's "Repentless" music video by 27-year-old Youtuber, The Vigilant Christian. I keep waiting for a wink and a nudge but this guy is incredibly serious with his critique. Unless you are the most uptight of religious Christians, this is 12 minutes of comedy gold. I imagine this is similar to the story about Tom Araya's dad's reaction to the band.
Of course, if you have yet to see the Slayer video, you can do so here. What the Vigilant Christian failed to recognize is he just gave Slayer some amazing free publicity for their album.
