They are more death or sludgy than Hatebreed. even if it is maybe a little less obvious in this album than in "In love with the end". Still in both there is less hope, less generalisation in their lyrics than in Jasta's. Ché's lyrics are more about "I crushing you" than "move your ass". The riffs are more stiffling than hatebreed's,... So, in other words it's just heavier in every respect I think than hatebreed.
