They really managed to create a very dark image of themselves in the French underground scene. For a long time, their first records were all extremly appraised and impossible to find. I've bought two of their relatively recent records (the works which transforms god and the mystical beast of rebellion) when they came out and I still love them. They're definetly part of the few bands that made BM evolve when it was stuck in the same post-marduk bullshit, so hail to them ! Blut Aus Nord is one of the most awesome black metal band out there.
