METAL INJECTION LIVECAST #146 – Fictitious Example with Axl Rosenberg of METALSUCKS & Justin Foley of THE AUSTERITY PROGRAM
- Posted by RobInjection on December 16, 2011
We were joined by two special guests on this edition of the Metal Injection Livecast, Justin Foley of The Austerity Program and our good friend Axl Rosenberg of MetalSucks. We opened the show talking about Sid's honeymoon and his experience taking public transportation in San Francisco. Rob and Axl recalled a story of how they were on a bear trail and could've died out there. Rob then read a letter that he got from Slayer's publishing company in regards to the website he created, TomArayaScream.com. During hour two, we went through a thorough analysis of the merits of Metallica breaking up or staying together. Here is this week's playlist:
Meshuggah – Combustion (Toronto)
Carcass – Cross My Heart
Obscura – Ocean Gateways
Goes Cube – Year Of The Human
Gojira – Yama's Messangers

If Sean and Sid are not on again, I won't be listening to the show.
I'll be there, sir. But you should listen either way. Have some loyalty.
If the Velvet Storm does not make an appearance, I won't be listening to the show. Which will be complicated, because I'll have to listen, confirm the lack of Velvet Storm, then go back in time somehow and not listen. And possibly kill my own grandfather.
Is seano gonna be on?
did u guys make fun kim jong il tonight? cause if u did that's 2
FUCKING CHRIST!
I keep on forgetting that the livecast is on Sundays. I blame that I don't know what day of the week it is.
Damn it I need to wait a week before I can call Sean out.
First hour of this show is probably some of the funniest shit you've ever done. The bear-track story, the Slayer lawyer, the Bale stuff. Man, I was doing shit down town while listening to it and I just walked around with this huge smile on my face the whole time, trying to contain my laughter.
I didn't realize Sean had so many fanboys, It's impressive.
It's his deep bassy voice.
Axl and Justin need to be on more often. And by more often I mean every week.
