Dream Theater are bringing their prog nerdgasm on the road yet again for the second leg of their tour supporting their most recent release, A Dramatic Turn Of Events. The band will be taking out the Crimson Projekct, which is basically former members of King Crimson playing classic Crimson tunes. Sounds like a fun tour. [...]

One of the most fun acts in existance to see live is the mighty Primus. Especially with the aid of any sort of hallucinogen, or just a ton of weed. Some of my favorite concert experiences have been watching these guys shred. If you never got into this band, pick up Frizzle Fry, Sailing the Seven [...]

Trivium are a non-stop touring machine. Having just performed at SXSW, and just being announced for the Revolver Golden Gods wasn't enough for these guys. They have routed a ton of touring in May with some help from Five Finger Death Punch and In This Moment. So, uh, yeah. Enjoy that! Here are the dates:

Talk about an odd couple… Rob Zombie and Megadeth are going to be touring together this spring. Zombie will be closing out all the shows and will promise to bring his whacky stage show with him. Mustaine promises to rant further about his political views, further alienating his fanbase. Ok, I made that last sentence [...]

Children of Bodom are celebrating their fifteenth anniversary this year. Damn! I feel old. The band will celebrate by hitting the road for a North American tour with some heavy hitters providing support, Eluveitie, Revocation and Threat Signal. That's quite the unique bill of bands. The band was at Rock in Rio this weekend, and dude's been eating too many french fries. I can joke about this because I am on a low-carb diet. Watch their full performance and get GNR US Tour Dates after the jump…

Well, this is a great tour if you're a fan of any of these bands. While I'm not exactly going to be at the front of the line for this one, I can see how fans of Five Finger Death Punch, Hatebreed and All That Remains cross over, so it should be a good time [...]

Dream Theater is heading out on the road to promote the release of A Dramatic Turn Of Events, their first album with new drummer Mike Mangini. The band will be taking labelmates Trivium along for the ride, in what I'm sure will be a very exciting tour for the Florida metal band. So far, a [...]

An idea that has sat smoldering and never really had a reason to burn alive until now. 9 albums worth of darkness recreated anew to mark 20 years of MDB. Music arranged to the soundscapes of sorrows past. Finally the 20th anniversary allows us to release [...]
