SISTER SIN's Liv Jagrell Poses For Penthouse Magazine; Keeps It "Classy"

…by which I mean she keeps some of her clothes on.

…by which I mean she keeps some of her clothes on.

Have you seen the latest issue of Penthouse Magazine? Of course you haven't! Who the fuck still reads Penthouse magazine? The last time I even saw a Penthouse magazine was probably on garbage collection day when some wife told her hoarder husband to clear out the attic.

Which is all to say Sister Sin's frontwoman, Liv Jagrell has an interview in the latest issue. That's a polite way of saying she's keeping her clothes on. Penthouse posted a teaser with the following titillating copy:

Liv Jagrell of Sweden’s Sister Sin has powerful pipes, a hot body, and can definitely kick your ass. With the band’s fifth album, Black Lotus, and a fall European tour under her belt, she’s poised to dominate the U.S. heavy-metal scene.

Uh, sure. The article goes on to say she can kick your ass because she's a personal trainer. As for how she got the gig, she told Decibel Magazine:

Our label, Victory Records, has a very good relationship with Penthouse—they do a lot of interviews with Victory’s bands in the music section. So, they asked Victory which artists are releasing an album soon. Victory told them about Sister Sin and that the singer is female. That’s how Victory got interested. I think Penthouse would’ve done just an interview like they did with the other bands, but they asked me to do some pictures that would be just for Penthouse instead of using older band pictures. But from the beginning, I said it would have to be classy. And the interview is about Sister Sin, not me personally. So, it’s classy pictures that I could put up anywhere.

It seems like them asking for your photos particularly because you're a female is not exactly about the music. But publicity is publicity, and if this is how she choses to pose, that's on her. How do you feel about Sister Sin? Here's their latest video:
