Marilyn Manson is really expanding his acting chops lately. He recently had a fantastic cameo on HBO's Eastbound and Down, a great Funny or Die Halloween sketch and played an angsty teenager in a short film. His next role will be a junkie on the FX biker series Sons of Anarchy according to a tweet by the show's creator, Kurt Sutter:

"Riding the dragon" is of course a euphamism for being high, usually on heroin, a role Manson is very equipped to play. There have been hints previously that some of Manson's music will be used in the next season of the series, and that Sutter submitted lyrics to Manson to use in one of his upcoming tracks.
