It's been an uncomfortable few months in the Osbournes home, and it's not going to stop any time soon. After it was uncover that Ozzy was cheating on his wife, with a hair stylist, Sharon briefly separated from the Prince of Darkness.
They have made amends, and Ozzy has since been going to therapy for sex addiction. Meanwhile, Ozzy's mistress, Michelle Pugh, is finally speaking out and fight back. Yesterday, we wrote about her comments to People magazine where she said Ozzy gave her "the greatest love of [her] life." Ozzy denied the relationship was that serious. His daughter, Kelly, meanwhile, was less kind with her words and now she's getting sued for it.
A few months ago, Kelly viciously tweeted "Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-light and blow out and a blowjob call …," and then published what is assumed to be Pugh's number, although it was quickly disconnected. When fans started tweeting at Kelly to point the blame towards her father, Kelly came to her father's defense saying "You have no idea what she did" and "my father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?"
Publicly displaying somebody's personal information is against Twitter's terms and services and it resulted in Kelly's account being temporarily disabled. It's also means for a liable lawsuit. E! reports Pugh is suing over "defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and public disclosure of private facts."
In court documents obtained by E! News, Michelle claims Kelly "intentionally and maliciously harmed her by publishing private facts and defamatory statements, in addition to inciting a rash of mass cyber-bullying against [Michelle] utilizing the highly popular social media platform, Twitter, wherein Kelly had approximately 4.07 million followers."
It looks like Pugh will find herself with a nice cash settlement, all because Kelly couldn't keep a private family matter private. No word on how much damages Pugh is suing for, although E! notes "Michelle is seeking compensatory damages, attorneys' fees, punitive damages and 'other relief' as the court sees fit."
Yesterday, Sharon Osbourne spoke publicly yesterday on her show, The Talk, and couldn't contain her tears as she expressed embarrassment about Ozzy's sex addiction before joking he should get some advice from Tiger Woods:
