Video: DECAPITATED Appeared In Court, To Be Extradited To Spokane

On September 8, Decapitated was arrested in Santa Ana, California on alleged kidnapping charges relating to an incident that allegedly occurred on August 31 in Spokane, Washington. According to the court documents, Decapitated are being accused of gang raping a woman after a show on their bus. The band and its attorney both deny ever happened, with their attorney claiming they have eye witnesses to prove no such event took place. While under arrest in LA, only one member of the band, guitarist Wacław "Vogg" Kiełtyka, agreed to a DNA test, while the others were non-responsive until a translator was present.

Since their arrest, Decapitated has been held in Los Angeles County Jail awaiting possible extradition to Spokane, Washington. According to KABC, Decapitated went before a judge in Los Angeles on September 12 and agreed to be extradited to Spokane. The court hearing involved all four members of the band, as well as a translator and a representative from the Polish consulate.

KABC has posted a brief video and reporting regarding the band's court appearance below. Extradition to Spokane can take up to 30 days after the band's court appearance.
