Venue Security Allegedly Witnessed Girls Groping DECAPITATED Singer; Extradition Process Begins

Two of Decapitated's members have been extradited, two have not yet.

Decapitated has been held in Los Angeles County Jail awaiting extradition to Spokane County in Washington since September 9, and now according to The Spokesman-Review the extradition process has begun. Drummer Michal Lysejko and guitarist Waclaw Kieltyka have begun undergoing the extradition process as of Monday, October 2, while singer Rafal Piotrowski and bassist Hubert Wiecek will be transported at a later date. The band will face accusations of kidnap and rape in Spokane stemming from an alleged incident that took place after a show there on August 31.

Decapitated was arrested on September 9 in Santa Ana, California, and according to the alleged victim in a court hearing on September 11, "each of the band members taking turns raping her" during the night in question. Decapitated has since denied these allegations, and the band's attorney Steven Graham has offered The Spokesman-Review additional information as to why he believed the band is innocent, saying the following.

“We have witnesses that can testify to the fact that the accuser came to visit the band of her own free will and left on good terms,” he said. “The accuser has a documented history of providing false information to the police dating back to 2014.”

A police report given to the defense team this Tuesday cites an unidentified volunteer of The Pin, 412 W. Sprague Ave., where the alleged incident took place. The volunteer says the accusers were "groping" the band "to the point where the men asked security if they needed to be kicked out."

He told police after clearing more equipment out of the venue that he saw through the bus doors one woman chugging a clear liquid, which he believed to be alcohol. Later, he saw both women standing outside of the bus door smoking a cigarette. He last saw the alleged victim’s friend walking west, talking on her phone. He told police she seemed more “(angry) than anything.”
