Heacock, age 40, was arrested in Costa Mesa, CA on April 11 after being pulled over allegedly driving a stolen van out of a Motel 6 on Harbor Boulevard. The report states the van was packed with 13 stolen pieces of music equipment, nine of which were stolen from a local Guitar Center in Fountain Valley.

CBS Los Angeles also says the van contained a stolen motorcycle, and the musical equipment was estimated to be worth over $10,000.

Police are currently searching for the owners of the musical equipment and motorcycle. Heacock is facing charges for grand theft and is currently being held in Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, CA until his court date today, April 13.
