Ghost and Pope Francis are in a game of one-upmanship it seems.
The Pope booked a gig in Philly so Ghost tried to book a gig in Philly on the same day.
The Pope made sure that got cancelled and we learned it was thanks to a dick measuring contest that Papa Emeritus III lost.
Ghost put out a record last month, so now the Pope is going to put out a prog rock record.
The Pope wanted nuns present when he spoke and now Ghost want nuns present. Metal Insider reports that at last night's gig, Papa Emeritus said from the stage “How about this Frankie guy. I heard that he wanted all the nuns to be there when he spoke. We need nuns.” He wasn't kidding! Today, Ghost posted the following listing:
