The Haunted dropped Exit Wounds last year, which was the group's first record to feature guitarist Old Englund and re-feature vocalist Marco Aro and drummer Adrian Erlandsson. The group's new lineup is apparently working wonders for its creativity, considering guitarist Patrik Jensen is talking about having a new record out this winter!
"Not known as a band that likes to rest on our laurels, we're pushing ahead with the follow-up to last year's 'Exit Wounds' album! We have most of the stuff written already, [and are] looking to record in August/September and to have it released before the end of this year. We're very excited about the new material and can't wait to give you the chance to hear it! Better nail down the roof in good time… and reserve the top spot on your X-mas wish list for this upcoming aural bad boy!"
Here's hoping everything pans out well for the group. Exit Wounds was a great return for the record, so I'm wondering where the music will go next? I vote in the direction of One Kill Wonder… just saying.
