Randy Rhoads is one of the greatest heavy metal guitarists of all time. There could be an argument made that he's underrated even. Well, a slew of big named musicians will be paying tribute to the late Ozzy Osbourne band guitarist on Immortal RANDY RHOADS – The Ultimate Tribute out March 3rd via UDR Music.
