Play Guitar with your iPhone – introducing PocketGuitar

Is there anything you can't do with an iPhone? Some wiz-haX0r has created a program called Pocket Guitar, which is an iPhone app which only works with jailbroken iPhones. Maybe this will be ported to the iPhone SDK that is set to be released soon.  Seriously though, when will people be able to do open heart surgery with their iPhones?
