MESHUGGAH to release a live DVD in 2010

While it may be some time until we hear new music from MESHUGGAH, the band announced on their official site that they plan to release a live DVD in early 2010. Oh, fuck yes. We are 99% sure the live footage will come from the show we attended earlier this year at Irving Plaza in NYC as there were cameras everywhere for that shoot. The band played for over an hour so it should be a good collection of songs from their entire catalog. And, who knows? Maybe, they'll even tour here again to promote it. Surely, it's something to look forward to.

And, while you wait for this live DVD, maybe our interview with drummer Tomas Haake will hold you over for now?
