Max Cavalera Working On Autobiography
- Posted by RobInjection on November 14, 2011
Max Cavalera is no-doubt a metal god. He also had a very different upbringing than many of his collegues, growing up and starting his band in Brazil. That's why I got excited when he revealed in the video above about a new autobiography. It's being written by Joel McIver, (who's written on The Bloody Reign of Slayer and Justice for All: The Truth about Metallica). I'm very curious to hear about Sepultura's early years and just how he got into all his influences like The Ramones as a kid growing up in Brazil. I'm assuming it'll be just like the movie City of God but with more metal. If you don't get that reference, drop what you're doing and see that film!
