Lars-Göran Petrov Can't Sell Beer With ENTOMBED's Name On It

Entombed and Entombed A.D. are not getting along so well.

Entombed and Entombed A.D. are not getting along so well.

The battle for the Entombed name has been going on since at least January 2014, when Entombed's current guitarist Alex Hellid won a legal battle that forced Lars-Göran Petrov and the rest of the band to continue on as Entombed A.D.

At some point between then and now, Hellid also filed with the Sweden Patent and Registration Office to be able to use the Entombed name and logo on alcoholic beverages. Petrov said that Hellid was acting in "bad faith" when he registered the name and only sought to essentially deceive the public.

So chalk that one up to a loss for Petrov, and another nail in the proverbial coffin of Entombed with Hellid and Petrov back together. At least Entombed A.D.'s newest album was cool!
