San Antonio's own blackened death merchants, HOD, are currently streaming a track from their new demo, The Uncreated, on Decibel Magazine's website. The track is titled "When The Ghouls Feed" and it sounds like what you would expect from a band that includes this quote in their press release:
“This demo isn’t just HOD’s return to the frontlines. It’s the first assault of a whole new war and siege! It’s time for HOD to take our rightful place upon the throne. And those that survive The Uncreated will be consumed in the chaos and death brought forth by the Book of the Worm. We are here from the shadows. And we came to destroy. Fuckin’ metal!”
If you aren't the imaginative sort you can actually listen to the track here, and the entire The Uncreated demo is available for purchase on CD or cassette via HOD's Bandcamp page. The demo, a teaser before the upcoming full length Book of the Worm, is brief but delivers wretched musical corruption in spades. You should seriously consider grabbing this slab of putrid filth while you can…unless you hate really good music and being more kvlt than all of your friends.
