Rustin Luther, owner of the Dallas club Tomcats West and bassist for Urizen, has received some extremely shitty news – there's a cancerous tumor growing on his brain stem and it's going to kill him. Luther is a big name in the Dallas area due to his club and band, and as usual the metal community has rallied to try and support someone who deserves it.
There's been a GoFundMe set up for Luther's care, which is being described as essentially a management technique for Luther to "still have time to live a normal life for as long as his condition can be managed." I really, genuinely wish there was some bright side to this situation, but there isn't and we're all just hoping his condition can be managed as best as possible.
