Gruesome, consisting of Exhumed guitarist and vocalist Matt Harvey, ex-Malevolent Creation drummer Gus Rios, Possessed guitarist Daniel Gonzalez, and Derkéta bassist Robin Mazen, clearly doesn't believe in downtime. The band came out of the gate with its Death-inspired 2015 debut Savage Land, and then followed that up in spring of this year with the old school death metal influenced Dimensions Of Horror EP.
One year after the EP, the band plans on releasing its sophomore effort, which it says will be "a particularly special" one. Maybe that means some special guests? I guess we'll find out in about six or seven months.
