Final Chuck Schuldiner Recordings To See Light Of Day – New CONTROL DENIED Album On The Way

The sophomore release from Control Denied, Chuck Schuldiner's post-Death project has been in the works for 12 years.

Today, there is progress.

According to Blabbermouth, guitarist Shannon Hamm and producer Jim Morris are reviewing material recorded by Chuck with the hopes of being able to put together a full-length album.

Chuck began working on the album in 2001, right before he died of a brain tumor, and the recording was held up due to legal issues with Chuck's label at the time. I guess the issues are cleared up and the material is being worked upon. In addition to Hamm, other members of Control Denied include bassist Steve DiGiorgio, vocalist Tim Aymar, and drummer Richard Christy.

Could we finally be hearing Control Denied in 2013? We'll keep you posted.
