Eyehategod frontman Mike IX Williams recently, and successfully, underwent a liver transplant. Williams' health is looking pretty good too, considering the band has already announced a show with Williams back behind the mic! However, liver transplants and the costs associated with it can't be even remotely cheap, which is why a crowdfunding effort has raised over $75,000 for Williams already.
To make things a little bit better, a recent benefit show featuring the likes of Superjoint, Crowbar, and Goatwhore, raised $20,000 more for Williams, according to Ghost Cult Magazine! The crowdfunding effort it still happening too, if you feel so inclined to donate and help the frontman out.
