GUNS N ROSES Announce First Cancellation of Ongoing US Tour
- Posted by RobInjection on November 22, 2011
When Guns N Roses announced their US tour a few weeks back, I jokingly titled the post reporting on said dates "GUNS N ROSES Announce Tour Dates; Cancellations Sure To Follow." I was very proud of that title. A few weeks in and it seemed like there would be no cancellations. Everything went on without a hitch. Until today!
Fat Axl & company announced that the Albany show which would've happened this Wednesday, November 23rd is now off.
"Due to production issues beyond the venue's control, Magic City Productions and the Times Union Center are forced to cancel the appearance of GUNS N' ROSES set to take place on November 23, 2011," said Stu Green of Magic City Productions. "We apologize for any inconvenience."
The blame is being put onto the production crew it seems and not Axl Rose. Is this a conspiracy? The Guns camp has stated that the tour will resume on Friday as scheduled.
