It's coming up on a year now since we initially learned Devin Townsend was working on his follow up to 2007's Ziltoid the Omniscient, and man do have a lot of information now!
First of all, it has been confirmed (below) by Townsend the new Ziltoid record, Z2, will be a double album that will pit Ziltoid against the Devin Townsend Project with each getting their own disc. Then, by way of drummer Ryan Van Poederooyen's Facebook, we've learned that rehearsals have been progressing well and the whole thing will see some studio time in about two weeks.
Oh yeah, and then the track listing for the discs (tentatively)!
"Yeeessssss! Z2 is starting to come together! The theme of the double album is Ziltoid versus the DTP, with both getting their own album. Here are the tentative song titles!
