Czech Appeals Court Upholds LAMB OF GOD Frontman Randy Blythe's Acquittal. Blythe Officially In The Clear!

It's been exactly two months since Randy Blythe was acquitted of alleged manslaughter charges stemming from a 2010 Czech Republic concert when a fan, Daniel Nosek, stage dove and eventually suffered injuries which led to his death.

Blythe has been back in America, and is currently on the road touring again, but there was one final hurdle to clear, the Czech appeals court.

Today, The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports the court announced it would be upholding the acquittal of the Lamb of God frontman and he is officially in the clear with this court case.

Sure, it's not as if there was much doubt as to acquittal, but as of this point, there is no further worries, as small as they may be for Randy in regards to this case.

Right before Blythe left to tour. he posted a lengthy statement to his Tumblr page letting fans know that at no point will any fan ever be allowed to climb up on stage, and they will be ejected immediately.
