It's been one week since the passing of Suicide Silence frontman Mitch Lucker, who died from injuries sustained during a motorcycle crash in Hunington Beach, CA. His friends and family gathered today to bury the Suicide Silence frontman.

Sumerian Records owner Ash Avildsen posted the above photo to his Instagram, assumingly from the funeral reception. Suicide Silence bassist Dann Kenny tweeted the following:

Had to bury my brother today, he looked peaceful when I saw him. It was very hard but it was needed! To the fans just know Mitch loved yall

The band has created a memorial fund for Mitch Lucker with all proceeds going to his five year old daughter, Kenadee's education fund. More info on that can be found here.

Earlier this week, Suicide Silence guitarist Chris Garza posted this touching tweet:
