Over the weekend at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, the Black Dahlia Murder absolutely crushed it on the first night of the event. During their set, frontman Trevor Strnad officially welcomed bassist Max Lavelle into the fold. Lavelle has previously played in Despised Icon and Burn In Silence. Max has been playing with the band for a few months now, replacing Bart Williams. No reason was given for why Bart is no longer in the band, but Max totally crushed it in his performance this weekend, so the band will be in good shape.
