The most metal moment of last night's Video Music Awards

Last night I watched suffered through the Video Music Awards. I figured I'd watch MUSE and see how terrible the state of pop music was, but mostly I watched because I was a masochist. There was nothing metal about the night except for one of the dudes from FALL OUT BOY wearing a Deathwish Inc shirt, the record label of CONVERGE frontman Jacob Bannon. We all know the band listens to metal, even do PANTERA covers sometimes.

So yea, that was the most "metal" thing that night. Well, Jack Black came out and did some dumb prayer to Satan, but it was dumb. Naturally, we embedded it if you want to torture yourself. It's after the jump…

    JK, but really – Andy from FOB is a frequent customer of the Deathwish Estore and friend/fan to our bands. It's nice to have someone of his "status" (horrible word, sorry) to still be a fan of hardcore/metal and support the bands and labels putting out records. Viva FOB
