Hell No!

ALL THAT REMAINS Willing To Play An Acoustic Show In Your House For Only $75K

All That Remains are on the verge of releasing a new album, and like many bands do nowadays, they've launched a crowdfunding pre-order effort. The band is offering perks to fans who pre-order the as-yet-titled album, including traditional grabs like an extra t-shirt, a signed poster, Skype guitar lessons… and then the fun stuff.

A personal training session with the guitarist and bassist would set you back $250 bucks. More importantly, you can get a political Skype sesh from noted libertarian, and ATR frontman, Phil Labonte. The $350 session is described as:

Ever wondered the opinions of possibly the most politically informed and opinionated singer in rock and roll? Now is your chance to have the political conversation of your life with the man himself – Phil Labonte. You’re sure to impress your friends with political know how after this 1 hour Skype session.

I'm sure my friends will be very impressed after I tell them the opinions I spew came after a one-hour $350 Skype session with Labonte. It's cheaper to hire a prostitute escort who would meet you in person for the hour than learn about libertarianism from Phil.

Perhaps the funniest entry into their PledgeMusic campaign, and I have to guess this one is a goof, is the band offering to come play a backyard acoustic show at your house. The price? Only $75,000:

Throwing a party? Getting married? Proposing to your loved one who is the biggest All That Remains fan ever? We’ve got an experience for you! The guys will come to you and perform an unforgettable ‘unplugged’ show for you and your friends, at the location of your choosing. (Restrictions apply – technical specifications required and are not included)

For that type of money, you can practically put on a whole festival in your house just by going through booking agents as opposed to the band themselves. No way they get that sort of guarantee.

Anyway, if you have 75 grand burning a whole in your pocket, you can get more info at PledgeMusic.
