Welcome to another edition of Heavy Metal Real Estate, where we explore how rock stars live by way of their real estate listings.

Previously, we've seen the lavish homes of Maynard from Tool, the Hawaii penthouse belonging to Disturbed's David Draiman, Metallica's James Hetfield, Rob Zombie, Trent Reznor's old Beverly Hills home, Dave Mustaine's $5 million mansion and Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris' opulent pad. Today, we look at a rental property sold by Disturbed frontman David Draiman.

Geezer Butler isn't just saying goodbye to touring with Black Sabbath this year, he's saying goodbye to his Beverly Hills estate. Hollywood Reporter says he's selling for $3.2 million.

The heavy metal bandmember's five bedroom, five bathroom contemporary Mediterranean, situated on a little more than half an acre in the Beverly Hills Post Office section of the 90210 zip code, is one of multiple homes owned by the English musician.

The listing boasts large living and family rooms, a second floor "loft space," a huge master suite with fireplace and balcony, as well as a saltwater pool in the backyard and citrus trees. Here are some photos:
