We haven't done one of these in a while, but this week there were so many videos posted that we felt this would be a good time to bring this back. So, let's get started shall we…

First, let's start with a video that is being reposted all over the internet, Super Mario Bros Theme Gone Metal. Seriously an awesome cover of the Mario theme with a lil splash of Zelda in the outro.

We concluded posting all of our video interviews from Mayhem Festival, a lot of which came out pretty funny. Scarlett and Rob split the work with some interviews conducted in New Jersey and some in Oklahoma. We posted a new episode of The FiX with videos from DESPISED ICON, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, INSOMNIUM, MAGRUDERGRIND, TEXTURES and NORTHER.

DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN released a video featuring Option Paralysis Recording Week 1. The samples that they've released makes this sound ridiculous, with some really heavy shit. I can't wait to hear it.

In terms of virial videos, the video everybody is talking about this week is the KFC Black Metal commercial. Black Metal must be going totally mainstream because we found this footage of corpse paint on the runways at fashion shows. We are as confused as you are!

Lets talk about new music! Cellphone cameras are helping metalheads get advanced previews of new music from their favorite bands. Early in the week a bootleg of the new LAMB OF GOD song, Overhaul made its way online and then shortly after new NAPALM DEATH video bootlegs surfaced.

The Roadrunner United DVD, the allstar concert celebrating Roadrunner Records' 25th Anniversary is being released this Tuesday and to celebrate we got 3 new exclusive clips which include the Roots, Bloody Roots finale, bands talking about the partying backstage, and bands talking about SOD and Life of Agony.

GOD FORBID submitted a second report from their recording sessions for the upcoming release, Earthsblood. Part One can be found here. Oh, and have you heard the audio samples from the record?

November already? What a bummer. At least tonight is daylight savings, which means one hour extra sleep (unless you go to sleep an hour later, thus ruining the whole system). Anyway, here are some videos you may have missed to get you through the weekend…

First off, we posted an all new edition of our video podcast, The FiX. Check out our Halloween edition featuring gruesome clips from: Dimmu Borgir, Bullet For My Valentine, Slipknot, Misfits, Through the Eyes of the Dead and Cannibal Corpse. We also had the opportunity to premiere an exclusive clip from the highly anticipated Roadrunner United DVD featuring a bunch of bands discussing Glen Benton covering Obituary's "The End Complete." Watch it here.

Speaking of exclusives, we have three new live clips of the very awesome PSYOPUS, two of which are new songs from their forthcoming 2009 release, as well as a reunion with founding drummer Greg Herman for a rendition of Bones to Dust. Check out the clips in our Bootlegs channel.

We got our hands on not one but two video teasers of SLAYER recording new songs. We assumed it was for their upcoming 2009 release, but then the song, Psychopathy Red, leaked in full.

This week saw a live bootleg of a new song from SUICIDE SILENCE leak called Vile Creation.

Sick Drummer Magazine posted two new live clips of Blake Richardson, drummer of BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME.

A slew of fresh new music videos are available, new cuts from SLIPKNOT, MACHINE HEAD, and a live clip from MEGADETH.
