BEHEMOTH Announces New Double IPA Beer Wolf Ov Siberia

They loved you at your drunkest.

They loved you at your drunkest.

Behemoth released three beers in 2015 – Sacrum, Profanum, and Heretyk – as well as a Russian Imperial stout called Bafomet in 2016. Now two years and one brand new album later, Behemoth has announced their fifth overall beer titled Wolf Ov Siberia, named after the new song "Wolves Ov Siberia."

Wolf Ov Siberia was brewed in conjunction with Kings County Brewers Collective in New York and is a Double IPA. Here's what the beer is made of and tastes like.

"Wolf Ov Siberia pours pale gold in the glass, with a light lupulin haze. A blistering blast of bright lemon and crushed lime greets your nose, followed by grapefruit, melon and green pine from a megaload of Citra, Motueka and Centennial hops. Balanced by soft wheat and flaked rye, with a touch of savage bitterness on the finish, it's fierce, fresh, and dangerously drinkable at a 7.7% ABV. Wolf Ov Siberia beckons all Behemoth and beer fans — 'come all ye wolves ov Siberia, we hail the flame, we hail the ice…'"

Wolf Ov Siberia will be launched on October 15 at the KCBC Brewery & Taproom in Brooklyn.
