We got giddy with excitement when we learned that Mayhem's insane bassist Necrobutcher was going to be excorsized on live national TV. Now that I've actually seen the clip (above, duh!), I'm a bit disappointed. Ultimately it's just a showdown between a crazy Christian and a crazy non-Christian to out-crazy each other. Somehow the religious excorsizer comes off looking more loony than Necrobutcher. Do you know how hard that is to accomplish? I guess that's a feat in and of itself, so we tip our hat to you kind sir! The most interesting moment of the whole back and forth is when Necrobutcher admits that the band is just entertainment, and not really serious about their satanic message. Dude, don't sell out your band like that to some daughter-peddling preacher! You're Necro-fucking-butcher of May-motherfuckin-hem…YOU RULE!
