It's been 7 years since Zao's 2009 album Awake?, and despite the departure and eventual rejoining of guitarist Russ Cogdell, the group hasn't undergone any lineup changes. More importantly, Zao will be releasing its first full length since Awake? on December 9. The album is called The Well-Intentioned Virus, and you can listen to the album in full below.
It's everything you've come to expect from Zao at this point, though with a much more mature edge. I guess 7 years of contemplation will do that, right?
