When we got asked to premiere the new song by In Search of Sun, I'd never heard of the band before. But am really glad to have heard the band! Their new track, "Idle Crown," starts off nice and slow, familiarizing you with the groove and patterns, adding some bass and drums. There's even vocals in what still feels like the introductory section. Then, blam! At about 1:08 the song takes flight and doesn't touch back down until the very end, catching the listener up in a whirlwind of melodies and intricate little bits by every instrument that makes the song worth a whole lot of re-listens.
