Personally, lyric videos seem sort of pointless. Does anybody actually sit there and watch the video? Or do most people just click play and then open a new tab to check their news feed or whatever? I have a feeling most people choose the latter. Even the writers at Decibel Magazine agree with me.
Son of Aurelius seem to agree with me as well. We are excited to premiere their new "anti-lyric video" if you will for the track ‘A Great Liberation.’ They have made possibly the shittiest lyric video ever in support of the track, but shitty in the same way that the tech that Tim & Eric use is shitty. Retro. Fun!
