The Melvins teamed up with the amazing Scion A/V to release a new song available for free download, which is al the weirdness you'd expect from the band at this point and then some. Think a stranger version of Clutch for this one.
"Dr. Mule" is seriously just like a new Clutch song with a little grittier production and some really weird keyboard sounds. So basically everything you want from The Melvins with a little added rock and roll of sorts. The song is part of a Celebrating 10 Years of Scion kind of thing where the label are releasing songs by a bunch of different artists on their Soundcloud between now and June 10 for free. I have no idea if they're all new songs or not, but I'd like to think they are… or else what the hell is the point of that? So keep an eye on that! Who knows what other metal artists might pop up on there?
