It's no secret how much Dave Grohl worshipped Motorhead and frontman Lemmy Kilmister, and the admiration was clear from a young age. Today, Alternative Nation uncovered two never heard Nirvana demos that continue to prove that admiration. Nirvana might not be metal, but they are certainly metal adjacent and there are plenty of Nirvana songs metalheads can enjoy.
This new track comes from a reel purchased off eBay of the band's session 2/15/93 that was recorded at Pachyderm Studios, around the time of In Utero. The track is labelled "Dave Solo" and sounds great:
