Outer Heaven is one of Relapse Records' brand new signees, which means they're some form of absolutely putrid death metal. The band has officially announced their debut album Realms Of Eternal Decay and are streaming an equally vile new track called "Bloodspire" below. Realms Of Eternal Decay is out on October 12 and will likely cause your flesh to strip itself clean from your bones spontaneously.
