Myrkur's new album Mareridt, which is Danish for "nightmare," will be out on September 15 via Relapse Records, and it sounds pretty great thus far. The lead single "Måneblôt" kicks off extremely heavy, though is constantly weaving in folky elements and the choral vocals it seems as though a lot of Myrkur's fans really fell in love with. Myrkur's music up to now has been pretty solid, though "Måneblôt" seems like she's taking things to a whole different level.
