We've heard a live version of Gwar's new track "Fuck This Place" and we've known that a new album The Blood Of Gods is coming, but now we've got all the details and the first official single! The Blood Of Gods is due out October 20 via Metal Blade Records, and you can check out the studio version of the song below. It's a spacious, raucous punk-meets-metal jams with a good ol' crowd chant toward the end, and it's awesome.
It actually sounds like a revitalized version of early Gwar, which makes sense considering vocalist Mike "Blothar" Bishop was the bassist on the band's first four albums.
