Matt Heafy Stops TRIVIUM Show Mid-Set To Break Up A Fight

Matt is having none of that.

Matt is having none of that.

The mosh pit is a place to get your aggression out, but it's not a place to actually get into fights. Trivium frontman Matt Heafy agreed. During a recent tour stop in Kansas City, MO on their co-headlining run with Arch Enemy, Matt had to stop the show to make sure a fight didn't go down.

In the video below, you can see Matt stop the band performing "Betrayer" saying "Separate those guys. Hey, hey, hey! Nobody fucking hit anybody tonight, you gotta split that shit up, it's not worth it. We good? You okay? Spread out, spread out. Boys, we gotta separate you two to two opposite corners of this room. You guys okay? None of that tonight. We're all friends tonight, it's about what unites us not what fucking divides us."  Preach, Matt!
