The all-star Death tribute tour, Death To All kicked off this past weekend in San Francisco, and it's lookin' pretty good so far. To recap, past members of iconic metal act Death have gotten together to pay tribute to the fallen frontman of the band, Chuck Shuldiner, all in the name of charity, raising awareness for Sweet Relief. Looks like Obscura vocalist Steffen Kummerer couldn't make it to the US due to Visa issues, so Exhumed's Matt Harvey filled in for him. Also, Intronaut's Danny Walker sat in on some songs to fill in for an injured Sean Reinert of Cynic. Check out this ridiculous set list:
