Is a New NEUROSIS Record On The Horizon?

There hasn't been a new Neurosis album is five years, Given To The Rising came out in 2007. We haven't heard much from the band, other than a festival appearance here and then. All of the sudden a few days ago, their official label, Neurot Recordings (no coincidence) released a teaser titled "Neurosis: Electrical Transmission I" with no description. A few days later, another video popped up. Is a new Nueorsis record imminent? It has to be, right? Why else would they tease us like this!
