Hour of Penance are releasing their new album Regicide come May 13 via Prosthetic and figured it was high time to drop a new track! Or drop a new track and show you how to shred your way through it, for that matter. "Desecrated Souls" is a pretty cool slab of technical death metal for what it's worth, or interesting enough to make me want to check out the rest of the record to see what these guys are up to.
