Whoa! This is a pretty exciting time for Pantera fans. Last week, we heard the never-before released outtake from the Vulgar Display of Power sessions, "Piss" and today we hear a never-before released Dimebag Darrell recording, courtesy of Elephant Skateboards, who are releasing a limited edition Dime deck.
