I didn't really get into Glassjaw when they first came around, but boy was I wrong. The band was on the forfront of this new noise, perhaps proto-math metal? Post-metal? Who knows, but the band was great and now they are ready to release their first full-length album in 13 years.
We haven't heard any music since the band's free EP, Coloring Book in 2011, and their last full-length, Worship and Tribute, was released thirteen years ago. No word on when the new album will be released, but today the band began teasing with a new single called "New White Extremity." Take a listen:
